Jam Factory Restoration

Revitalising an industrial icon and preparing it for its next chapter.

Snyders Painting Services completed the restoration of the historic Jam Factory Building, rejuvenating the tired exterior while preserving its architectural significance by applying premium exterior acrylic coatings.

Parapets were protected with a high-performance facade protective membrane system to guard against water ingress, while the original in-situ name plaques were meticulously restored through traditional signwriting.

First constructed in 1911, this iconic building stands as a reminder of South Australia’s industrial heritage and demonstrates how historic structures can be sensitively preserved and repurposed for modern use.
