The project involved repainting the fascia, balcony timbers, and masonry elements of the former Gilles Arms Hotel. Premium Exterior Acrylic products were used on all timber surfaces for durability, while Mineral Silicate was applied to the render, quoins, and plinths to suit the heritage masonry.
